Garrison Brothers don’t source whiskey from elsewhere and they never will. Their bourbon is made – from corn-to-cork – in Hye, Texas, one barrel at a time. It’s handcrafted from a sweet mash of premium, #1 food-grade corn, soft red winter wheat from local farms, and two row barley.
Every bottle of Garrison Brothers is overflowing with the finest, gourmet-grade ingredients on the planet. The nectar inside was made from a sweet mash bill and heat-forged in the scorching Texas sun, extracting all the flavor possible from our new American white oak barrels, yielding a darker, richer and fuller bourbon than any out there.
Aroma: Golden delicious apple-meat and honey. Sweet floral verbena, fresh cut grass, saddle leather, cinnamon and honey.
Palate: Springtime flavors of honeysuckle and orange candy, yellow pound cake, baking spices, lemon gumdrops, and sugar cookies.
Finish: Long and engrossing finish. Complex. Smoky county fair caramel apple sprinkled with walnuts and cinnamon.
